All prices listed in this brochure are based on a one day rental unless otherwise stated. Discounted long term rates are available. All prices are subject to change. Reservations and Deposits While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended in order to get the items wanted. Deposits are required for reservations. Full payment plus a security deposit is required when picking up or before delivery. Delivery Curbside delivery and pickup are available at a nominal fee based on location. Any special requirements must be specified at time of arrangement. Set up and take down are available at a reasonable cost. It is important that you examine and count items delivered before signing your contract.		Pick Up All China, Flatware, Utensils, etc., should be washed, dried and packed in the same containers they came in. There will be a charge for any missing items. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent staining and mildew, but not washed. Tables and chairs should be taken down and stacked ready for pick up. All items should be assembled in a single location for pick up. Loss or Damage You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for soiled, broken, damaged or missing items at replacement costs.
